Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

This policy explains what LedgerLine (operated by Kevin Rodrigue) collects, why, and your choices. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

What stays on your device

Your saved list, notes, valuation inputs and display settings are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.

What we don’t do

Service providers

We share only what each needs to work: Cloudflare (hosting, login and logs), Stripe (payments, once billing opens) and Marketstack (we request prices from it; no personal information is sent). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and subscription records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and legal records afterwards. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by Cloudflare.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account by emailing kgrodrigue@yahoo.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, which we will honor.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Access to the app requires a one-time email code, all traffic is encrypted, and we never handle card numbers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and tell you by email for significant changes.
